Does anyone remember the old Seinfeld episode where George demonstrated how he could fake any profession, and in the end saved a whale while masquerading as a marine biologist? I remember how, as he re-capped the story to the gang, he boldly proclaimed

"In that moment I was a marine biologist!".

Reflecting on a recent @taskmaster4450 post We Are All Professionals Now, it dawned on me that if George were masquerading effectively enough on HIVE, he would not only get paid for masquerading as a marine biologist... he'd eventually learn how to actually be one!

I consider that to be magical about this place. Simply being here and engaging makes you better, more valuable, and your financial growth over time shows it.

That isn't to say you can make bank for bullshit, unless that's your gig and what your audience wants from you, but if I've learned anything from blockchain gaming it's that bringing any hobby to HIVE has the potential to eventually earn you enough knowledge (and money) to outclass the professionals in the field.

I !LUV 'd Seinfeld when I was a kid. I was too young to enjoy it with !BEER but I nearly choked on many-a !PIZZA laughing through it. I really !LUV 'd how they ended it, too. It was the best it could have been.
