Back to My Routinity : Swimming

Hellooo Dear friends ....
How are you guys today ? I hope you are all healthy and happy.

On this Wednesday with quite sunny weather, even though it rained all night in my city, I decide to return to my routine, that is swimming. After about 2 months I didn't practice swimming, today I returned to the pool. Due to the restrinctions on community activities made by our government during thus pandemic, make me can not even swim in public pools. But today I went back to swimming. It feels excited. Even though it rained all night, it didn't stop me for swimming this morning. I swam in the residential pool. Because it's still early so the pool is still quiet. So I can be satisfied swimming and enjoying the atmosphere of the pool this morning. The cool air made me excited to swim this morning.

Swimming is one of my favorite sports. Apart from the movement is not heavy, swimming also burns quite a lot of our calories and is a fun sport. We can be refreshing while also burning calories by swimming without the need to lift heavy weights like in the gym. I have been doing this sport for about 6 years. And today I feel very happy to be back swimming again.
Hopefully this pandemic will pass soon so we can carry out activities as before this pandemic. If so, what sport do you like ?
