Drafting and cutting of a suit sleeve @smilestitches😊.

Good afternoon my beautiful friends on this platform, how are we all doing? Guess we’re all fine. Am doing well too and my work is going smoothly and great, looking now at the bright and better side, now the bad side is that the stress is just too much I can’t even comprehend 😂 most times I just feel like laughing at my self and most times I feel I should cry out loud for help 😂 but nevertheless I’ll just know I’ll be fine at long last.
So guys waking up today, I just felt so good and happy didn’t know why but the feeling was so strong, something have not felt for a long time, since I started my training I haven’t felt so happy waking up and proceeding to work happily 😂 when I know there truck loads of unfinished work waiting for me but today was different and I liked the feeling I had back then it was so beautiful and interesting 😂 and I was glad about something today at work, today I wasn’t shout for unnecessarily, I wasn’t so stressed unlike other days, I didn’t do much work actually I was just siting and enjoying my self 😂, not until my boss at the office called for my attention cause he was about to cut a suit sleeve so he called me so I could come have a look then I used that opportunity to my advantage to take pictures of the process. So friends this evening i just feel like sharing with you all how the suit sleeve was drafted and cut out. So stay focus to your favorite brand while I blow your mind 😂.

Fabric inclination:

An harsh color bell fabric, Weight, 30 ± 10% OZ/YD LIN. Width, 54 inch. Roll Length, 30 yd. Composition, PVC. Gauge, 43 ± 10% Mils.

Sleeve measurement:

• Length __ 24inches
• Biceps 💪 (muscle) __ 9inches
• Biceps 💪(muscle) size — 13inches
• Round Wrist measurement — 10inches
• Back harm pit height — 6.5inches
• Body shoulder — 18inches

sleeve drafting:

It was first placed on the table. With a drawing chalk, my boss first indicate the beginning of the length from the top and where it will stop at the down part. And second thing he did was to indicate 10 and 7inches that’s the sleeves inclination for shoulder 18inches is always 10inches and 7inches after it’s was indicated and drew a line from the top to the down part.
Third thing he did was to indicate from the top 2.2inches and he drew a straight line sideways and after that from that first line at the top he drawn he placed his tape and indicated the back harm pit height which is 6.5inches and now from the 2.2inches line, he placed his tape there an take the bicep measure that’s the last line you’re seeing there and after that, he now did the curvature of the sleeves for both sides as you’ve seen and cut it out.
