Hello Let's Do IBS

IBS is an acronym for inductive bible study, and it is important for the indepth study of the scriptures. IBS is always written in lines.
IBS has three steps for its study and they are:
OBSERVATION: This is the first step in doing IBS, and it is done after the passage have been read for the second time, for proper understanding of the passage.

INTERPRETATION: In this step, the reader has to reader must read the passage to know why it was read and the context of the passage. The reader, has to also know the interpretation of words, in the passage.

APPLICATION: In this step, the reader need to apply the passage to life experiences, and use the passage to answer life's questions.

A typical IBS


James chapter 1:22-25(New International Version)
Line one: Do not merely listen to the word and so deceived yourselves
Line two: Do what it says
Line three: Anyone who listen to the word but does not do what it says
Line four: Is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror
Line five: And after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like
Line six: But a man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom
Line seven: And continue to do this
Line eight: Not forgetting what he has heard
Line nine:But doing it
Line ten: He will be blessed in what he does
IBS is very important,because it helps anyone who dies it to know how to prepare Bible Study outline.
