City fills me with stress too, and I too have to rest after every visit. I am no longer resistant to the city noise and chaos, as it was years ago. 😔 And then observing nature is the only salvation.
You know, dear friend @jlufer, as much as I don't believe it myself, there are also honest and good doctors. In my country they are now very rare and you have to "look for them with a magnifying glass", but they do exist. As there are good people who help. Always.
