My path from employee to partner of Hive and Leo

I arrived to the community of Hive in August last year, I had previously registered in Steem, I remember that many years ago, but it was a platform that did not call my attention at all, I guess several factors influenced that, I guess I was very focused on my work.

With the arrival of the Corona-virus, and the birth of me 8 months ago, the time available to me had increased, I was only dedicating time to my baby, and although it was hard work the first few months, I found Hive, I must admit that my arrival was for the purpose of making money to spend, what a vague mentality.

My first month at Hive was difficult, I could not apply either word of my title, I could not be employed because my items did not monetize, or partner because I had no income to capitalize on my Hive account, I was disappointed after that fateful month, and decided to learn.

I started researching, learning from other Hiver's, I am certainly a social communicator, before I came to Hive I wrote radio scripts and several weekly news stories for the university where I am still employed, but Hive was totally different, looking at publications here and there I was educated.

How do I feel now after that little learning time?, I must emphasize the fact that unlike many people who have the same amount of time at Hive as I do, I am in the diapers of knowledge, but I am still learning.

In these few months I managed to move from "NOTHING" to Employee, because I say employee, because every time I write an article, I receive a reward, which is always destined to anything, my weekly income is not very high, but although I currently consider myself an employee, I set out to take the next step, I want to be a Partner in this great community.

How do I intend to achieve it? easily, or at least I see it that way, these last 2 weeks I stopped receiving my liquid rewards in Hive, in order to give a quick increase to my HP, since that increase will allow me to become a Partner, and since every company to win must be invested, I do not want to say that I will reject all the rewards and I will do PowerUp to everything, but I want to have 90% of the rewards for HP, 10% for me, somehow I must buy my chocolates.

Finally, the most important thing in all this evolutionary path, I am dedicating a lot of my time to understand, to comprehend and to understand this immense cryptographic world, difficult task but I know that like all learning, with practice you learn, I want to begin to participate actively in the community of Leofinance, but still I feel small for this, perhaps to invest part of my earnings of Hive in leo would be a good beginning.

I know that my growth on the platforms has been tortuous, and slow, but I believe that drop by drop the glass fills up, or otherwise it could be fast if the price of Hive rises exponentially to the predictions that have been mentioned a lot, in any case here I find myself with my goal set and working to achieve it.
