a brother asked if ladies who are believers can conduct baptism if the pastor is not around.

brother mark answered and here is his response.

ladies can't conduct baptism on their own but they can render assistance to the pastor conducting the baptism because it is written in the Bible that man is the head of the woman.
1 Timothy 2:12-13 (KJV) But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

another question that was raised is if some disobeys the doctrines of CHRIST over and over again without repentance,what should be done to such a brother?
bro mark answered and here is his response
we are to reject such a brother if he continues to disobey the doctrines of CHRIST.
Titus 3:10 (KJV) A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;

lastly, another question raised was that is it compulsory if everyone in the church speaks in tongues

it is not compulsory that every one must speak in tongues in church because we all have different gifts of the spirit and also we are the body and members of the body of CHRIST
1 Corinthians 12:27-31 (KJV) Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

so we all have different gifts of the spirit.
