I calculated and for me this is correct this way

for me wheat seed is the best followed by turnip

Hi @speedtuning wheat and turnip have the same production of shares but the Turnip card costs less ;)
Turnip: 1 crop * 14 = 14 punti shares = 14/0.25 = 56
Wheat: 2 crops * 7 = 14 punti shares = 14/0.29 = 48.27
