In one way or the other, we all have seen this particular statement, "Sell High and Buy Low".

The crypto world revolves around this particular statement, "Sell High and Buy low", it was really nice hearing this as I was very optimistic it will bring joy to my face and with all honesty, it did brought joy to me.

I heard that particular statement from a friend who introduced me to the world of crypto in 2017 and you needed to see the joy and happiness in my face when he finally introduced me to this world.

I was happy not just because he introduced me but because I could see the goodness of crypto in him with the way he was glittering in new clothes and new watches and I was very happy to join the big boys in doing whatever they were doing provided it was legal.

But then, behind the mask were truths left untold.....
Perhaps because we didn't ask also or Maybe it was just to sugar-coat the crypto world to look enticing to us, the newbies without second thought.

What I never got to hear was that a coin value could go all the way from sixty thousand (60000)USD down to sixteen thousand (160000)USD and will be struggling to get back to even a value as low as thirty (30000)USD compared to the all time high it went before.

I never got to be told that I could within a twinkle of an eye be liquidated and lose the money I had.....
Maybe those were the discoveries we had to make on our own.

I never got to know that a single mistake of sending any coins in your portfolio to the wrong wallet will lead to the automatic loss of those coins..

Well, in as much as I would love to feign ignorance that I never knew there could be risk in the world of crypto, it is really self-deception because deep down when I was introduced, I knew there was never a free lunch on earth but I was open to the risks since I was already seeing the goodness in my friend who introduced me.
Nothing convinces you more than what you see

All in all, I was really happy to be exposed to this different world known as crypto. I have learnt a lot from here and yes, the good days also came and I enjoyed them so I am not going to complain too much about the current bad days we all are having in crypto world.

The one last statement I will love to see happen is that of, "Whatever Goes Down In Crypto Will Definitely Come Up With Time", hence the concept of HODL (Hold On for Dear Life)

Although it is getting scarier as the day go by but then I think I am not going to give up right now after all I have witnessed. All I pray for is that the coins' values just doesn't get too low that I am liquidated and I will be there to see it rise also.
