Spinvest's weekly earnings and holdings reports #25

Hello, SPIer's. Today is Sunday and we end the SPI week with our weekly dividend payment this evening and every Sunday at 21.00 GMT.

What is SPI?
SPI tokens are growth investment tokens that pay a weekly dividend. They have been circulating for over 2 years, on STEEMHIVE. Mostly sold for 1 HIVE, each token today is worth over 4 times its HIVE issue value and 12x its dollar value. On top of that, token holders receive roughly 8% more SPI's every year from weekly dividends. We raised $13k from issuing SPI tokens for the first year which has been used to grow a diverse portfolio of investments, many of which provide streams of passive incomes. SPI tokens are part ownership of all SPinvest tokens/accounts, assets and income. The price of each SPI token is its liquidation value as SPI tokens are 100% backed by holdings. Handcapped to roughly 94,000, no more can be minted are issued. Adding, hold and compounding has us on the road to major growth and these tokens are still growing in value.

SPI tokens are part ownership in an actively managed fund. We have our hands in over 20 investments with the lion share being HIVE, BTC & ETH. We dont FOMO are chase pipe dreams. Tried and tested works best and is safest. Our motto is "Get rich slowly" and compounding down on sound investments is our game. You should invest in SPI tokens with the mindset of not selling for 3-5 years minimum. Let's have a look at this week's on-chain HIVE earnings.

It's been a good week for us thanks mostly to JK and what he has been doing. Total earning this week was just under 1000 HIVE so $800. Earning or up across the board which is always nice.

I missed the recent HIVE price pump so no trading dont this time. I do notice that the recent 30% pumps come every 4 weeks like clockwork on Wednesdays. The next pump if the pattern continues will be early AM on the 1st DEC (GMT). I put in a sell order for $1.20 the day before and then we'll wait and see if my prediction comes true. If yes, i'll put in a buy back order at $1.00 and grow HIVE balance.

I'll be borrowing 1000ish HIVE to LBI to lend to CUBlife, haha. to set up stakes for CL. it requires 1000 BEE's which are priced at around 1.05 HIVE atm.

Not much change here, im not really that interested in investing in HE tokens at this stage of the market cycle as liquidity is no good. I convert most of our earned LEO into HIVEp to buy SPI tokens to pay out dividends, I send 150-200 each week to houseoftribes and 500-1000 per month to buy more CL tokens. SPS are sold into HIVEp, JK is staking them with his wallet so we're not missing out :)

Shitsignals has updated me with some numbers this week. It been a while from his last update but it looks like he's been a busy man growing our hashkings holdings. He has also got us involved in hashking raids for $1000 and started a new game called Dcrops.

Rune has blown up and im regretting not buying another 100 of these to get us 500. There were lots of chances when SPI had the funds and the price of RUNE was $6-7. Anyways, we're up 56% from our buying in price so were winning. I thinking a small pullback and then another pump. I'd assume it'll make new time highs, it's crypto baby.

Token price is up again, total fund as worth $300k making each token worth $3.31. Pretty sure that's an all-time high for us so awesome, 100% of SPI token holders are in profit. Im guessing that the next few months and the actions taken will define how we approach the next 2-3 years. At the moment around 45% of the total fund could be liquidated within an hour. Liquidity is very important at this stage and when we start selling, we'll see holding shrink and funnel into stable tokens. From my POV, I see us exiting alot of off-platform investments JAN or FEB 2022. When we've sold off most stuff, we plan to restructure SPI a little bit to prepare for the next 3 years of building. This will include changing weekly dividends back to HIVE, introducing incentives for token holders to produce content or manage accounts/wallets and a possible token split.

Oh, i forgot to mention that SPinvest now has a crypto news website. It's full of affiliate links and connected to lots of autofeeds to keep content updated a few times a day. I plan to add in some SPI information but not got round to it yet, ideally, I'll get an explainer video produced on Fiverr that would autoplay from the landing page. Anyways, here is the URL

Think if this as the base of our website and we'll add in pieces here and there. I'd love to add some sort of defi but getting someone that can build something good on HIVE is hard. BSC/ETH/POLY is not a problem but im not sure if SPinvest should be launching a project on another blockchain yet. Anyways, as if right now, its a crypto news feed. Im aware the top 10 list is a little messed up, i've asked the guy to look at it.
