"3 Idiots" is an Indian film released in 2009. It was directed by Rajkumar Hirani and starred Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, R. Madhavan, and Sharman Joshi.

The storyline of this film centers on the lives of three students at a university in India, namely Rancho, Farhan and Raju. The three are close friends who have different interests and talents. Rancho is a bright and creative student, but he is often at odds with the university's rigid and inflexible policies. Farhan is a student gifted in mathematics, while Raju is a student gifted in engineering.

One day, Rancho disappeared without giving news to his friends. Farhan and Raju were worried and tried to find out where Rancho was. They looked for information about Rancho to people who had met him, and they finally found that Rancho had been working in a small village in India as an innovator who helped the people in the village by creating simple tools that were beneficial to their lives.

After learning of Rancho's whereabouts, Farhan and Raju decided to visit the village to meet Rancho. In the village, they met many people who had been assisted by Rancho with the tools he had created. They also met a mother who had a sick child, and Rancho tried to help by creating simple medical devices. Through their journey in the village, Farhan and Raju learned a lot about the importance of helping others and respecting other people who have different talents and interests than us. They also learn about the importance of freeing themselves from existing social pressures, and trying to be completely themselves.

Finally, Farhan and Raju managed to meet Rancho in the village, and they all returned to the university together. At university, Rancho made Farhan and Raju aware of the importance of following their own interests and talents, and not having to force themselves to be something they didn't suit themselves. Rancho also made Farhan and Raju aware that success does not have to be determined by grades obtained at university, but must be determined by self-satisfaction.

After this incident, Rancho decided to return to the village, while Farhan and Raju decided to follow their own interests and talents. They all felt very happy and satisfied with the decisions they made, and they felt very grateful for the existence of Rancho, who had made such a big impact on their lives.

it looks like for the video link that I shared with you, the owner of the video prohibits users from watching from outside YouTube, if you click you will be taken to YouTube and fine, not copyright, it's just a rule made by the channel owner :)

I was thinking about this movie the other day and I gained new perspective in seeing that movie. I think that success is really about what you do and that wasn't something I realized in the past. Doing the things you love and even if you don't make much money that's success to some people.

yeah you are right, success depends on point of view, some people say having a lot of money is success, some others say having a happy family is success, so success is according to each perspective, I still remember what bob Marley said about this, he doesn't think a lot of money as success
