There's another change, which I have not seen announced. Might be a feature or a bug, but the color of the daily focus is no longer guarantee in the allowed decks. I have my daily focus in Death, but there are battles where I can not fight Death :)

Oops! I forgot to go over that one. I thought it was in my initial post but looks like they squeezed it in afterward.
Yes, that's one of the changes they added, you are no longer guaranteed to have the focus mission active if it's a splinter.
I think it's an ok change, it will make fights more interesting without a streak of the same splinter played over and over again (of which I'm guilty of doing too).
I also haven't talked about the new focus missions, but I wanted to play some games with them first. The 10% bonus per card with the focus seems interesting.
