Hello.
How are you? I hope you are well. I've been challenging myself that I have to lose weight for a week. It was difficult for me to decide because I have never been a determined person. I have dieted and quit many times. I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. That's why it's getting a little harder to lose weight. Still, I want to give the diet one more chance. The purpose of me sharing this here is to support myself. Maybe sharing something here called my weight loss adventure will encourage me more. Maybe it will allow me to do this job more seriously. I don't know yet, but I hope I can do that. For now, I have taken the first step. Actually, when I say diet, I am not talking about restricting my meals and being hungry. I will consume the things I love again. I will eat little by little of everything. I will not restrict myself anything.

I did a little shopping before I started. I bought tights, weights and corsets. I'm not sure about the corset. I don't know if it would be harmful to health. Some people say that it shapes the body very well, others say it is harmful. Are there any people wearing corsets among you? I will be glad if they share their experiences with me. I intend to wear the corset on my morning walks. We were imprisoned in houses because of the corona. My body has become even more bulky. I don't have much of a relationship with sports, but I think I will benefit a lot if I walk at least in the morning. If I wake up at around 7.30 am every day, I will have solved my sleep problem. I sleep too late, I get up too late. I know this is very unhealthy for me. I have had an unhealthy sleep pattern for years. Getting up early for walks will help me get this in order.

I bought weights that I thought would be very useful for my walks. These are attached to the ankles or wrists. I first bought one that weighs 1 kg, but returned it because it looked very rough on my feet. Then I bought it from those who had half a kilo. It feels like it won't have a very slight effect in sight. I think I will feel the weight after walking for a while. As time passes, maybe I'll buy the one that weighs 1kg again. This will be enough for a first start. Actually, I didn't have this kind of shopping in mind. I made this shopping to take the business more seriously and to care about it. This shopping has made me even more enthusiastic about this decision. I took my first walk today. I was going to go alone, but we have a neighbor who wanted to walk like me in my apartment, we agreed with him and this morning we walked at a fast pace for 1 hour. We chose the big stadium, whose walk is 5 minutes from our home. There is not much space for walking here. That's why the football stadium was a good option for us. We took 5 laps around it. Since it was our first day, we didn't push ourselves too hard. By the way, it is forbidden to go out without a mask here. Wearing masks forced us a lot while walking. Occasionally I secretly took off the mask. This decision seems ridiculous to me. It is ridiculous to wear a mask in the open air and in the area where there are no people. Anyway, we will manage it now.

Before I left in the morning, I made myself unsweetened coffee. I heard that unsweetened coffee accelerates fat burning. If there are any of you who can give me an opinion on this matter, please write without hesitation. What kind of things do you consume to burn fat fast in the morning on an empty stomach.

While walking, I took my own cure with me. I have a tea recipe that burns fat, I filled it into my canister. I will share this tea with you in a separate article. I would like to hear about the cures in you. I like trying different things. I just prepared tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers and consumed it. I don't like to eat much in the morning. I have not yet decided what to eat at noon. By the way, I ordered a scale for myself, but it has not arrived yet. I think it will come tomorrow. When I come, I will weigh and update you about my weight. My first day passed like this.
I may have a hard time getting up early for a few days. I believe that everything is much better after my sleep is in order. I wrote this decision because I want to share with you here. The reason I do this is because it gives me motivation. Thank you for reading. Have a nice day.

Yes, I have quite a lot of weight. I have been overweight since I was born. I am losing weight from time to time, but I am returning to the same weight again. I believe I will succeed this time.

I know those ankleweights from highschool in the 90s. My brother wanted to jump higher for basketball, so he used to wear them everywhere, even under his pants when we went out to eat. In his defense, they do work.
