Follow The Tipster - Saturday, 3rd June, 2023

Hello again one and all,

The betting gods threw a spanner in the works yesterday with only two of the seventeen tipsters bagging a win the day before repeating that feat for a second day,with another 10 grabbing their first winner of the month. Today there are nine meetings taking place with the feature race of the day The Derby at 1:30pm at Epsom. Once again the majority of the tipsters have gravitated to the Derby meeting at Epsom for their seelctions.

Slightly better day yesterday as we did bag a winner, although the pesky rule 4 deduction meant we achieved a lesser return than anticipated.

Recap

Made it three wins from four starts under the guidance of Frankie Dettori once again. Raced keenly out wide with no cover, soon steadied towards rear, smooth headway out wide over 3f out, ridden into narrow lead over 1f out, quickened clear inside final furlong, stayed on strongly winning by 1.75 lengths at the line.

Tipsters Standings

Only two of the tipsters managed a repeat performance from day 1 of this new month of tracking. Eight others did managed to record their first wins of the month, so a bumper pack of 25 behind the leading pair of tipsters.

A much easier task of where to place the bets today with jut the two tipsters having gone 2 for 2 at this early stage of the month.

A four time winner over trips ranging from 6f to 1m (including twice at this distance. Today's jockey rode her for all those wins. Beaten into second place last time out by 1/2 length last month.

Two from two this year, most recently last month when he headed a field of 8. Up in trip for this one, and has the same jockey that guided him to those two victories on board again.
