Yesterday's Recap - 19th November, 2022

A fourth consecutive loss for us yesterday, although our pick Glimpse Of Gala did finish second of the five runners. Initially held up, but always in touch. Urged on around the turn for home, moving up to second nearing the final fence. Stayed on well, but made no real challenge on the winner.

Our "Cheeky Extra Bet**, proved more fruitful, however, with Get A Tonic finishing second of the thirteen combatants. Raced predominantly in midfield for the first circuit and and a half. Started a move forward coming off the turn for home, and challenged for the lead shortly after. Was in contention with the long time leader (who fell at the last), and the winner, but didn't quite have enough to take the win.
