We love Hive, we love music and art! That is why we have been curating music and arts on Hive for quite a while now. I am still learning how HP work, for example, I have some new HP that I am not allowed to delegate for some reason. says it is available, then if I put it in to delegate it says insufficient funds. Is there a wait time before you can delegate more or something?

Someone has been very generous with their delegation. I just set up @tenkminnows to follow the curator trail, so that is another few cents in votes. It was not always using all its power on those it follows directly, so will have some spare.
