Today is world kindness day & this post is supposed to be a post about making the world a better place.
On that note I must say that to e this is too much of a political debate to for me to even touch this subject. Everyday I try to show kindness in some way not only to my family & friends but to others as well & I really think that that is about all we all can do.
They chose to observe kindness on this one day but it is something that should be observed everyday by everyone. We can only change the world by changing the way things are done.
They have chosen this day back in 1998, it is and international day. You can read more about International Kindness Day here.

I think a lot of times the person we need to be the most kindest to is ourselves. We tend to put others needs before our own. So, this is a good reminder to be kind to ourselves.
You are so right! I recently told my family members not to call me til after 5 pm and you would of thought it was the end of the world. I had to put an end to stopping my own world to be a part of theirs. All because I have trouble with saying NO.
