When I first came to Hive, I thought the majority of its users are here just for Splinterlands. But as I started to blog and see what other communities are out there, I was amazed with how diverse the Hive ecosystem is. I'm still learning but I agree that we should grow with the communities we are passionate about and not just worry about short-term monetary gains.

Well I think it still holds true the majority of the accounts are Splinterlands although that seems to be mostly bots.
You are right, there is a lot more here than most realize.

We can make a difference here unlike any other place where people can earn for posting (and that includes Publish0x and Read.Cash). Maybe EOS and its offshoots come close, but I don't know much about them.
