Oat Meal Recipe
Oats are a great breakfast option and can be consumed in various forms. In summers, one can have chilled, refrigerated oats and in winters, warm & soupy oats are love. Oats are very healthy and rich in proteins. They can be clubbed with other healthy ingredients to make a super tasty and wholesome breakfast.

8. | Pistachio | 4-5 units |
9. | Roasted Almonds | 4-5 units |
10. | Raisins | 4-5 units |
11. | Pumpkin Seeds | 1 Spoon |
Method
Step 1: Take 50 gms of Oats in a bowl. Add Water and Milk and mix well.
Step 2: Allow the oats to settle and absorb all water content for the next 10 minutes.
Step 3: Cut the banana and strawberry into thin slices. Add to the oats from top.
Step 4: Add cranberries, blueberries, nuts and pumpkin seeds on top. Decorate well.
Step 5: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until chilled. Serve Cold!
