Onion Tomato Capsicum Grilled Sandwich

Grilled Sandwiches as simple and quick breakfast option. No cooking, sauteing, or boiling is required. The only cooking utensil you require here is an electric griller.

The taste of raw vegetables gives the sandwich great crunchiness. Since we are not going to cook these sandwiches, we need to use vegetables that can be eaten raw, without any cooking. I have used Onion, Tomato and Capsicum. You can also choose to add carrot, corns, bell peppers or spring onions.

You can use this recipe when you have got some unplanned gathering or guests as home and need quick snack. Let’s see how we make this.
