I've been reading about Change Management and what popped up was advice to direct people a-posteriori with feedback, rather than a-priori with instructions/regulations. What's your experience? Let them make their own mistakes or let them learn from your own or find middle ground?

.Giving instructions and regulations is a great way to start, then through a practical application making adjustments via feedback will be very effective.
Yeah, sounds about how I would try it out.
I've also learned that some people need more guidance than others, which is where the learning styles of people comes in. That's a theory for another day 😅.

Great theory and I agree. People also learn better with different stimuli, some people learn better visually and some learn better audibly, and some are a combination.
Yup, you've just summarized it 😁.
Thank you so very much 👍
That just means you are a great teacher 😉
