Dealing/ Coping With Financial And Work Stressors.

In most parts of the world, money making or doing things that fetch our income and pay our bills are regarded as work which sometimes aren't always things we are love doing at the time. So many people take on jobs that they're not passionate about just so they can settle their bills and make ends meet and even those who make money from doing the things they love also often have their bad days/ times when they're feels so stressed and there are no motivations for making money. Take Breaks:
Sadly, the human isn't a machine and this is why our bofy naturally demands for sleep to repair itself and refresh our minds. Breaks are are great way to relax our minds and focus on something else. They're also a great way to help us absorb the information we've gotten, to process what we have going on and to find a path that reconnects us to our goals and ambitions. Breaks are important for our mental health and having a break doesn't mean we are lazy. It is just right that we recognise when to take a break and then observe that break, then come back to conquering.

Get A Hobby: I read a post somedays ago that unfortunately was telling men to not get hobbies and rather focus "all that time spent on hobbies" on their work. This is a view I totally disagree with and see no a person should even come up with such thoughts Hobbies are one of the ways humans have maintain a balanced in their lives and with their work. It's one of those things that separates us from machines and one of the best things the human mind uses to relax and deal with stress. Hobbies like exercising, swimming, riding, hiking, etc reconnects us with our humanity and gives us the chance to explore our creativity. They are also a great route to keep ourselves physically fit and this is why I encourage everyone to get an hobby as they come really handy in times of need.

Spend Time With Family:
I dont wanna sound like Vin Diesel from Fast and Furious, but "Family is everything". Spending time with family is perhaps one of the best ways to deal with stress and I say this with fil conviction. I've observed that I worry less about everything when I'm with my family and I laugh more around them. It's truly amazing how a set of people can have so much positive impact on our lives and this is why I cherish spending time with my family. Family isn't also just created by blood, as there are some people who we have built so much connections with over the years and are dear to us.

Focus On The True Wealth:
Health is wealth and is in fact the true wealth. In our quest for making money and gathering resources, we should focus also on our health and pay attention to it by eating healthy, exercising, and going for regular checkups. I'm currenting working on this part of my life as I see the importance lately. Knowing you are healthy and doing just fine is enough reason to be grateful and thankful as not many people have that privilege.
