Hive As A Space That Allows Self Development.

Lately, I've been trying to onboard a group of journalists and media broadcasters to Hive for no other purpose than self development. These individuals are fresh graduates sl from the university and some of then do have plans to begin their own podcast where they could talk about a wide range of topics rather than stick to the norm of searching for a job with a news company.

I told them about 3speak on Hive and how they could begin to earn quickly on Hive than any other platform just by sharing their content on Hive. I talked to the about how they could build their brands on Hive, develop themselves and their Niche and build on a decentralized platform. We're still on the process of accounts creation, but it was glad knowing that even though they aren't Hivers yet, they see Hive for what it is, as a platform that allows self development and growth.

After several weeks, months or even years on Hive as creators, there's a high chance of development as creators strive to get better at what they do and become better creators. This is because Hive values high quality content and although support isn't restricted to high quality, it pays to create contents that would be highly valued and appreciated by the community.

Content creators on Hive unlike several centralised platforms out there could earn from their contents as they strive to get noticed. Although this happens very often, it's quite sad to imagine being on a platform creating so much quality content and not getting recognition, perhaps because of the low followers or because of the algorithm. This is the reality of many content creators on platforms like Twitter and Instagram, but Hive isn't like that and has shown it is so much better than decentralised platforms countless times.

I'll also be joining my new broadcaster friends on Hive with podcasts and I hope to develop my public speaking skills while doing that.
