Creating userflow for a UI/UX designer.

Hello everyone it is another great day today in the tech zone which I will be discussing about a topic which most UI Ux designers find so hard to do and this is very important and pivotal to know..

Creating a userflow is what makes you able to relate with clients and this makes it easy for you to be able to express what ever you want people to know.. Take for instance you have a friend that you love to use a device when ever you are together and by chanced he or she doesn't have that because they will forget, for you as a friend you took it upon yourself to take theirs along with you and when you got to the venue, you gave it to them. In that way you have been able to know what this person wants and you have been able to carry it out for them..

As a UX designer, you must be able to carry out the information of people around you, the ones you learnt from different people around to existence thereby making use of it the make a better experience to people.. Because you will be able to identify the issues people will have when ever they want to interact with any product..

This is possible through the use of a userflow. This process helps users to be able to carry out process or complete a task from the beginning to the end with the help of any instructor because this will show ever part which the user will follow.. This is just a shape that will tell any user what to follow when ever they are using the userflow..

Some of the essential shapes used to create userflow and what they mean..

  • Circle ⭕ - circle s indicate an action a user uses when moving around a product designed.. This indicates the beginning of an app also which a user wants to go through..
  • Rectangle - This indicates the screen to which you see what you are doing and you also use this to see that task you are doing.
  • Diamonds 🔶- this stands for your decision making on a product, it allows you to make a decision either to go further to checking a product or either move backwards..
  • Arrow/lines ➡️- This give a direction of where you are moving to in a userflow. It indicates your next line of move or where to navigate to, to get the results of what you want to do..
