[ENG-ESP] HEART BREAK- WHY IT NEEDS TO BE QUICKLY TALKED ABOUT ?? // CORAZÓN ROTO: POR QUÉ NECESITA HABLARSE RÁPIDAMENTE

In my last post, I was addressing the aspect of emotions and fragile it was in human feelings. One of the aspect I failed to address is also our heart.

So many components embedded in our heart. Far beyond the biological aspect. Embedded in our heart is our feelings and many things also that we can't mentioned of.

So many times we humans get our heart tampered or should I say over stretch it. Over stretching in the sense that we so much exposed our heart to things prematurely.

Heart break is one of the issue that is getting rampant in our generation nowadays which need to be treated with urgent issue. The young folks are suffering from heart break.

And the truth of the matter, the danger of heart break is always like a mountain. So many people have end their life's due to heart break. So many people wonder, why will heart break causes so much negative effect like this. Well the heart is fragile and fragility contribute to the negative effect that follows along

Most times, the way heart break comes is when trust is been broken. When trust is broken most especially in relationship, it causes heart break. Like they always say that when trust is broken, it is hard to build up. In fact one thing about trust is it is easy to get Destroy in a matter of time but hard to build as it takes a long period of time for it to build up.

When a relationship get broken due to trust, it happens to drive the cause of heart break and the end result is not always palatable as proven. So many both young or adult folk have fall into depression due to heart break.

And one thing about depression is if you don't open up, it will keep eating you up from the inside just like ulcer. In my next post I will be treating a topic similar to depression as the word or topic depression is another world on its own.

Heart break comes with depression. There is nobody that encounters heart break that is sti rejoicing. In fact situations break-in your heart comes with a depressing mood. And if not we'll treated or responded to, it can cause the end of one's life. We have seen and heard about many people who end up their life due to depression after experiencing heart break in a relationship.

Another negative effect effect heart break brings it makes one self esteem to be low and feel the whole world is not to be trusted. When you come to the point of the world is all against you and you don't have anybody to trust to. You beginning to see the world rejecting you and your self esteem begins to tamper with.

Heart break has even make some people to reject love as some people have experience heart break in their relationship. They feel love is not worth giving a second chance and they feel it is not worth dwelling in love and so this has made them to be far from the world of love.

Some have even gotten to the extent that they find it difficult to even trust. They feel trusting is a waste of time and so there is no point trusting as nobody is worth trusting and so they find trusting a hard thing to consider.

So many people have lost their self confidence due to heart break because they feel belittle of who they are and their worth. Some have reduce their worth and they think it is not worth even having confidence in themselves talkless of others.

Due to heart break, some have psychological problems which have affected their brain and even the way they think things. The way theh reasons things, the way they view people perspective about them and even the way they view their own society.

Due to heart break, a lot of people have become victim of emotional trauma and this has lead them to do things they don't want to do. Some have resulted to bad peer pressure and even has resulted to taking drug as their healing peels. When I say drugs, I mean hard drugs.

I can keep counting and listing the effect of heart break but that's not the main issue. The main issue is it need to be addressed and a profound solution need to be made concerning that. It can't continue that way and people can't keep living that way.

So many people are suffering from the bondage of heart break and this can't continue. They need a shoulder to lean upon and they need someone to say, they can still overcome this heart break before the heart break overcome them. They are more than conquerors. They should know that. We should help them know that.

En mi última publicación, estaba abordando el aspecto de las emociones y la fragilidad de los sentimientos humanos. Uno de los aspectos que no pude abordar es también nuestro corazón. Tantos componentes incrustados en nuestro corazón. Mucho más allá del aspecto biológico. Incrustados en nuestro corazón están nuestros sentimientos y muchas cosas que no podemos mencionar. Muchas veces nosotros, los humanos, manipulamos nuestro corazón o debería decir que lo estiramos demasiado.

Sobreestiramiento en el sentido de que expusimos demasiado nuestro corazón a las cosas prematuramente. La ruptura del corazón es uno de los problemas que se está volviendo rampante en nuestra generación hoy en día y que debe tratarse con un problema urgente.

Los jóvenes están sufriendo de angustia. Y la verdad del asunto, el peligro de la ruptura del corazón es siempre como una montaña. Muchas personas han terminado con sus vidas debido a la ruptura del corazón. Mucha gente se pregunta, ¿por qué el corazón roto causa tanto efecto negativo como este? Bueno, el corazón es frágil y la fragilidad contribuye al efecto negativo que sigue. La mayoría de las veces, la forma en que se rompe el corazón es cuando se rompe la confianza.

Cuando la confianza se rompe, especialmente en una relación, se rompe el corazón. Como siempre dicen que cuando se rompe la confianza, es difícil construirla. De hecho, una cosa sobre la confianza es que es fácil obtener Destroy en cuestión de tiempo, pero es difícil de construir, ya que lleva mucho tiempo construirla.

Cuando una relación se rompe debido a la confianza, sucede que la causa de la ruptura del corazón y el resultado final no siempre es aceptable, como se ha demostrado. No hay nadie que se encuentre con el corazón roto que todavía se regocija. De hecho, las situaciones que irrumpen en tu corazón vienen acompañadas de un estado de ánimo deprimente.

Y si no lo tratamos o respondemos, puede causar el final de la vida. Hemos visto y escuchado acerca de muchas personas que terminan su vida debido a la depresión después de experimentar la ruptura del corazón en una relación. Otro efecto negativo que trae la ruptura del corazón es que hace que la autoestima sea baja y sienta que no se puede confiar en todo el mundo.

Cuando llegas al punto de que el mundo está en tu contra y no tienes a nadie en quien confiar. Comienzas a ver que el mundo te rechaza y tu autoestima comienza a alterarse. La ruptura del corazón incluso ha hecho que algunas personas rechacen el amor, ya que algunas personas han experimentado la ruptura del corazón en su relación. Sienten que no vale la pena dar una segunda oportunidad al amor y sienten que no vale la pena vivir en el amor y eso los ha llevado a estar lejos del mundo del amor.

Algunos incluso han llegado al extremo de que les resulta difícil incluso confiar. Sienten que confiar es una pérdida de tiempo y, por lo tanto, no tiene sentido confiar, ya que no vale la pena confiar en nadie, por lo que consideran que confiar es algo difícil de considerar. Muchas personas han perdido la confianza en sí mismas debido a la angustia porque se sienten menospreciadas por lo que son y su valor.

Algunos han resultado en una mala presión de grupo e incluso han resultado en tomar drogas como sus exfoliaciones curativas. Cuando digo drogas, me refiero a drogas duras. Puedo seguir contando y enumerando el efecto de la angustia, pero ese no es el problema principal.

El problema principal es que debe abordarse y debe hacerse una solución profunda al respecto. No puede seguir así y la gente no puede seguir viviendo así. Mucha gente está sufriendo la esclavitud de la ruptura del corazón y esto no puede continuar.

Necesitan un hombro en el que apoyarse y alguien que les diga que aún pueden superar este corazón roto antes de que el corazón roto los supere. Son más que conquistadores. Deberían saber eso. Debemos ayudarlos a saber eso.
