A new era has come in the financial sector of Nigeria. This has really brought joy to the face of many citizens because some weeks back, the issue with paper cash has really caused problem in the country's economy and this made it so hard for people to survive.

Due to the presidential election and the gubernatorial election happening in the country, people were really thinking that after all the election happening, there should be possibility for change after everything comes back to normal..
Today, I got a message from a top selling platform jumia that they will be accepting the new and old note till Dec 31 this year. Seeing this, give me great joy because it has never been so easy buying things and even going out because to get paper cash is very hard even from banking halls.

Banking halls won't release cash and they kept giving series of excuses to people that goes to bank everyday.. Now, the government has given a decree that the old notes should be taken and now the business of most enterpreneur will become more stable due to this approval.

This act the government has done, has caused many business's to collapse. I remember having a discussion with a business woman and I asked how she has been coping, selling her product to people and how people have been reacting to buying from her. She lamented alot because there was no cash and it was very hard for her to take the bank transfer as a means of payment.

I strongly believe that once the cash has been distributed to every angle where it is needed now the economy will be normal and everyone will be free from the stress of going the hard way to get cash and there won't be any thing like paying to get your own money anymore..
