Today I talk about 10 steps I take in my personal journey to help me relieve stress.
- Just breathe
- Meditate
- Listen to some chill music
- Exercise
- Eat healthy
- Drink water and stay hydrated
- Limit coffee and alcohol
- Take a break
- Identify one good thing for the day
- Prep for tomorrow
Those are the steps, but it's more fun to listen to me ramble about them, lol. So I hope you enjoy the podcast!
