Today I talk about 10 steps I take in my personal journey to help me relieve stress.

  1. Just breathe
  2. Meditate
  3. Listen to some chill music
  4. Exercise
  5. Eat healthy
  6. Drink water and stay hydrated
  7. Limit coffee and alcohol
  8. Take a break
  9. Identify one good thing for the day
  10. Prep for tomorrow

Those are the steps, but it's more fun to listen to me ramble about them, lol. So I hope you enjoy the podcast!
