Consistency beats talent .

You are born with talent; consistency is something you achieve. Nobody is born a prodigy, but with hard effort and devotion, anybody can become someone.

In the realm of sports, we frequently read about exceptional players who never make it to the top because they lack consistency. In the business sector, we frequently hear about entrepreneurs who have skill but lack consistency, and as a result, never go anywhere.

Consistency triumphs over skill. People who have both skill and work hard every day to be consistent are the most successful in life.

In the job, consistency is more crucial than skill. When talent does not work hard, hard effort wins. The effort you put in will always be superior to the skill you lack.
Humans are creatures of habit, preferring to stick to what we know. You may not be the most gifted person in the world, but if you work hard and consistently at
anything, you will be very good at it.
