Newbies Initiative Task 4 - Hive Dapps || Ecency, PeakD & 3Speak, Liketu

Hi Everyone !

This is a Task from Week 4 of the Newbies Initiative Program. As we all know, this is the most difficult task faced by the participants who were selected in the Newbies Initiative Program. So that until now only a few people have published their assignments, and this happened because we really had of trouble making assignment 4 in the form of a video.

We are very lucky because the Newbies Initiative program managers immediately provide their best solution, for those who can't make Task 4 in video form, they may make it in blog form as usual, and this is truly an extraordinary solution that makes it very easy for us participants Newbies Initiative Program to complete these Task 4.

In the Week 4 Assignment of the Newbies Initiative Program, the title given is very interesting because it relates to "Hive Dapps" And this material really needs to be known by Beginners, especially Participants in the Newbies Initiative Program Like us Because there are actually a lot of Hive Dapps that you can we learn and start to use it.

Here are all the questions and answers from me on the Week 4 assignment in the Newbies Initiative Program :

1 .What is your Favorite Hive dApp and why do you prefer it over other dApps ?

My favorite Hive Dapps so far is Ecency, because since I first joined Hive I have used Ecency so even now I still publish all my posts via Ecency. When registering for a Hive account, my friend advised me to register through Ecency because it was easier, he said.

I chose to make Ecency my favorite Hive Dapps so far, not without reason. This is because there are a lot of conveniences that I get when publishing my posts through Ecency. Apart from its features that are easy for beginners like us to understand, Ecency is also different from other Dapps because here we can exchange the points we get when using Ecency with support from Ecency directly.

And this is a feature that I have never found in other Hive Dapps, and the feature of exchanging Points or terms on Ecency as Boost is also very useful for beginners who still have trouble getting support so that if they have enough Ecency Points, we can exchange it with support from Ecency.

2 .Have you used the Ecency dApp ? • If YES, what do you like about it ; And If NO, what are your challenges ?

As I said above, since registering for a Hive account, I've been using Ecency, and one of the reasons is because of its features that are easy for beginners to understand, so it's very easy to use, both the Android version of Dapps and the Desktop Computer/PC version.

Another thing that i like about Ecency is that there are points that we can get from the activities we do at Ecency, such as posting articles, commenting, upvoting, reblog and many other bonuses. And the points we get can be used to exchange them for Upvotes from Ecency and also to promote our posts so they can be seen on the homepages of other Ecency users.

So this is one of the features that I like about Ecency and I have never found it in other Hive Dapps. And I hope that in the future Ecency will add other good features so that the number of people who publish their work through Ecency will increase.

3 .What is the unique feature of 3speak frontend over other Hive dApps ?

Even though I have never used 3Speak, but I know about this application from several posts that I read. 3Speak is one of the very unique Dapps because we can publish videos using 3Speak and they say this feature is almost the same as one of the other Dapps, namely Dtube.

I hope that in the future I can try the greatness of 3Speak by starting to publish videos through these Dapps, because at this time I still don't understand the great features that exist in 3Speak so that in the future I have to learn more about how to use 3Speak.

I'm sure there are many other unique features in 3Speak, but because I've never used them, so make me don't know what other unique features are in 3Speak. Hopefully when I try to use this Dapps in the future I can find out what are the advantages and uniqueness of 3Speak compared to other Hive Dapps.

4 .Why should you publish your images through Liketu ?

Even though I have never published an image via Liketu, I was very curious about this Dapps so I tried to learn about Liketu and it turned out that the features in this Dapps are also very good and different from other Hive Dapps.

So that is why many people use Liketu because the features they provide are easy for some people to understand, because they look very simple and easy to use, both new users and old users.

On Liketu we can upload 10 photos at once and every photo we upload, immediately has a Liketu watermark when we see it from other Hive Dapps and that's an amazing feature that other Hive Dapps don't have.
