Newbies Initiative Task 7 - Feedbacks And Recount on Goals

Hi Everyone !

Without realizing it, we are already in the last Task or Task 7 of the Newbies Initiative Program. We get a lot of new knowledge while participating in this Newbies Initiative Program because every Task we complete there is always a new lesson that we have never known before, so this program is really unfolding our Insights into hive blockchain.

I am very grateful to the management team of the Newbies Initiative Program because it is thanks to them that many beginners have opened their eyes on Hive so that we learn many things from the program. Even though this is the last Task of the Newbies Initiative Program, we will never stop learning many other things at Hive because we want to continue to grow in the future.

Hopefully in the future there will be another Newbies Initiative program for other beginners, because some of them also want to participate in programs like this so they can learn many things related to Hive. And the theme that was given in the last Task or Task 7 of the Newbies Initiative Program was "Feedbacks and Recount on Goals", and I will answer all the questions given according to what I have learned here.

Here are all the questions and answers from me on the Week 7 assignment in the Newbies Initiative Program :

1 .What do you think of the Newbies Initiative, and how has it helped your Hive journey ?

What i think about Newbies Initiative, This is a very useful program and helps beginners in Hive to learn many things in every given task. And through this program I learned many new things in Hive that I had never known before.

So this Beginner Initiative Program really opened my horizons about Hive, from previously joining Hive only thinking about Rewards now instead I found many other things apart from Rewards such as New Experiences, New Friends, and many other things.

And thanks to this Program, I also know how to set Goals in Hive so now I have several Goals that I want to achieve at Hive, So having these goals will be my encouragement to always write the best articles on Hive.

2 .How did you benefit from the tasks ?

I get many benefits from every task that I make, especially the benefits in terms of knowledge about Hive because in each task there are lots of new knowledge that we learn so that from Task 1 to Task 6 I get new knowledge from this program.

In Task 1 we learned how to set our goals at Hive, from previously only thinking about rewards but thanks to Task 1 we came to know what our true purpose was for joining Hive. In Task 2 we learned about Hive guides and Using Tags, from this Task we also Learned about some guides on Hive and also learned about how to use tags.

In Task 3 we learned about Hive Security Keys, and thanks to that Task we learned many things about Hive Security Keys. In Task 4 we learned about some of the Dapps in Hive, and through Task 4 we also learned how to use some of the other Dapps in Hive.

In Task 5 we learned about Tribe Token or Token Tipping, and we also learned how to use Hive-engines and how to swap Hive to Swap.Hive or vice versa. And finally, in Task 5, we learned about the games in the Hive Ecosystem, and we even practiced how to play one of the games in Hive, namely the game Rising Star.

3 .What aspects of the Initiative do you believe we could improve, and how ?

Actually, all the Tasks in the Newbies Initiative Program are very complete, but if I may suggest one idea for the next Beginner Initiative Program, To add one more Task, which is about how to use some of the tools in Hive, such as hive.vote, hiveblockexplorer.com and several other tools.

And these tools seem very useful for beginners like us, because if one day we need these tools, we already know how to use them. And right now I'm also learning and finding out some of the tools in Hive and also how to use them.

4 .Recall the Newbies Initiative Task 1 when you were required to list your objectives. Tell us about your objectives and the extent you've come.

In Task 1, we have make Smart Goals that we want to Achieve in hive During the Newbies Initiative Program such as Hive Power Goals, Comment/engagement Goals, Followers Goals, and Consistency Goals. And all the goals that I have planned I have succeeded in achieving at the end of the Newbies Initiative Program.

• Purpose Hive Power

The amount of Hive Power that I had when I first joined the Newbies Program was only 300 Hive Power, and the Hive Power goal that I wanted to achieve while participating in this Newbies Initiative Program is was 500 Hive Power. So that every day I try and work hard to reach the Hive Power Goals that I have set.

And thanks to my hard work and effort so far, Finally, I currently have 550 Hive Power and that means I have exceeded the amount of the Goal I set before. I only targeted 500 Hive Power, but I managed to reach 554 Hive Power at the end of the Newbies Initiative Program and this is a big achievement for me.

• Purpose of the Comment/engagement

I have also managed to increase my involvement in the community and this can be seen from the graph, the number of comments I make every day has increased from before joining this Newbies Initiative program, because previously I only had 774 comments.

Whereas now I have done 1300 Comments, meaning that the amount of my involvement in the community has increased from before and this is also a very meaningful achievement for me because involvement is very much needed in this Community.

• Follower Goals

I experienced a very drastic increase in the number of Followers, because before joining the Newbies Initiative Program, I only had 45 followers. And now or after joining the Newbies Initiative Program, I have 84 Followers in my account.

• Consistency Goals

With consistency we can achieve whatever we have planned, because if we plan many things but we are not consistent in achieving them. Then what we have planned we will never be able to achieve.

And I am very consistent and work hard to achieve what I have planned before, so that now I have got what I have planned when I joined the Newbies Initiative Program.

5 .Closing

And in closing, I would like to say a big thank you to the @newbies-hive Beginner Initiative Program Team, especially to the Team 1 guide, @nkemakonam89, who has taught us many things, starting from Task 1 to the last task, namely Task 7 which I am presenting at this time.
