Listnerds stake

Let's just get the biggest earner out of the way immediately as Listnerds keeps amazing me every single day. I wake up, and after brushing my teeth, the first thing that I do nowadays is checking how many Listnerds are waiting for me to claim! I admit that waking up and seeing a nice claim waiting for me definitely helps me to start my day with a smile and motivated me to do even better today. Of course, we can never predict the number of tokens we receive per email upfront because it depends on how many people are verified that day. It can be big, or it can be even bigger, lol. Small is not something that I've experienced yet.

People that are still sleeping on Listnerds are missing out so much. I will just keep writing my experiences down and hoping that more will join and start adding value as it's super enjoyable to see more great content appear without the need to search for it on Hive directly.

Now let that sink in for a bit, in 22 days! I more dan doubled my stake of already 3942 Listnerds at the time of my previous Hive goals update! And to be perfectly honest, this number is actually higher because in my sheet I always write down my stake after I unstaked some Listnerds. I don't count these in my earnings.

These earnings don't only come from the email verifications but also a good part of it comes from staking rewards. I'm telling you, you are missing out if you haven't joined yet. Here's my referral link one more time in case you have the entrepreneurial mindset and want to invest time and effort into this. These numbers won't automatically appear and neither will they appear with the free membership, you can't expect wonders. But if you're willing to put effort into this, you can expect a team that supports one another! As you can see I'm doing quite well as the number two stakeholder so you'll be in good hands!

Listnerds Team Building

When I published my previous update, I had 43 people in my direct Listnerds downline, meanwhile, three more people joined my team and I'm at 46 direct referrals currently. I would like to set a goal for this as well and work towards a team of 100 direct referrals.

Of course, you will always have referrals that sign up but never actually become active but I can safely say that I'm very pleased with this inner circle of active members today. There's still a great team spirit and @amirtheawesome1 has been a huge help reorganizing the discord after I broke permissions in there. The team discord is invite-only for team members, in case you were wondering.

My downline is also recruiting nicely, I have 15 level 2 referrals and even 2 level 3 referrals currently. Go, team! I'm proud of all of you, and I'm glad you trusted my word enough to be able to convince you to take the jump. Let's keep building.

CTP stake

I have two CTP stakes, one on Hive Engine, that is used for voting on other people's CTP content and the other one is inside Listnerds and used to vote (verify) other people's emails, while 5000 stake is delegated to the oneup curation account as well for higher curation rewards. Let's check the status of my CTP stake:

I'm not sure if I made a mistake the last time, but I have the idea that I bought and staked a lot more CTP than these 200 CTP, but it's all good, I'm not targeting a specific goal at this moment but just earning them and staking them when they arrive. I will definitely keep growing this stake on Hive Engine as well as inside Listnerds. It's good to be able to verify many emails and not run out of votes.

The remaining Hive goals

I recently unstaked a part of my SPS tokens, as I was hoping there would be a pump before we leave to Spain and I wanted to be able to use that part for a funds boost. I only took one week's power down and then send back everything but 1000 of them. I still have 10000 SPS staked now and will probably keep it that way as I believe they may be valuable when the airdrop stops.

My Hive power doesn't grow very fast and I'm not actually focussed on that number either, simply because I will dedicate the August power down from Listnerds tokens to buy Hive power the full month. I will just keep writing and hoping for nice HP rewards, but I'm not actually checking the numbers, that will not be interesting until I start buying HP in the month of August. It will be fun though, to work towards my 5000 HP goal that month!

The HBD savings goal will be interesting in July already as I will first boost my HBD savings for a full month because I really want to start building a nice passive income and enjoy 20% APR. I believe diversifying is smart, the HBD is longer-term thinking but I have to start somewhere, don't I?

There are more bags I want to fill, so I may just keep using a tiny percentage of my Listnerds earnings to dedicate a full month of growing a certain stake and dollar cost average through the month. I'm seriously excited about this!

In reading this I understand more of why upgrading makes sense... just been here five days and figuring things out, but this makes sense.

I have already completed an HBD savings bag... at 20 percent, you're going to want that for your diversification. Every $1,000 becomes AT LEAST $1,200... but there's compounding, so once you have enough, you just let that run and focus on Listnerds...

Yes exactly! At the start of the year, I set myself the goal of 5000 HP as well as 2500 HBD in savings by the end of the year. December was a great month in terms of earnings, but then things slowed down and Hive stayed quite high, meaning I didn't earn as much Hive or HBD as I thought. I'm very pleased that this way I'm able to fill up both my HP and HBD bags very soon.

I first thought to fill them up 50/50 but with the 20% HBD I decided to change that plan to a month of HBD savings first.

My boyfriend also took the upgrade, while he yet has to learn Hive and make his intro post here, but even the one SOLO email he sent (as you get one free every month) that was paid out the next morning, meant he can pay for a few months subscription just from that one email. The fact that he doesn't have time now maybe for several days, actually really doesn't matter. It's still a profit within 1 payout.

Those 90 Listnerds are now earning staking rewards (compounding interest here too!) and next week he will have enough MAIL tokens again to send another SOLO, and this is exactly why the upgrade is appealing even if you can't commit to a daily email yet. He's defo going to get there, but it may take some weeks. After we arrived in Spain, things will probably be less stressful.

PS Great job on both the HP and HBD you collected/bought! It must be very nice to be able to claim such a nice reward monthly with HBD. Imagine getting that on a regular bank, lol.

Let's isolate some math here ... each Listnerds is worth two Hive, so 90 Listnerds is worth 180 Hive. Is that correct? Hive is around 85 cents this morning, so that's about $150 or so in Listnerds, meaning that -- indeed -- he has recouped his investment for the month.

I was doing some math of my own: I can swing an upgrade soon, but I am particular on details about WHY.

Yeah, correct! And because of the fact that upgraded members receive more MAIL tokens per email they read, it also means that in a few days he will have enough MAIL tokens again to send out another SOLO mail that will be paid even without 20 upvotes. Can't predict which day he will get it exactly, I didn't keep track but he mentioned having 8000 MAIL already earlier.

Mail token earnings go up (meaning more SOLO emails), on top of that you don't have to spend any of your own MAIL tokens because you have 5000 prospects (if you get enterprise, in case of the business membership that's 3000 and the mail tokens is slightly lower than enterprise but still better than the free plan).

You can find the exact numbers in the upgrade section inside Listnerds to compare them.

I still have 10000 SPS staked now and will probably keep it that way as I believe they may be valuable when the airdrop stops.

I am bullish on sps as many things splinterlands want to do would always evolve around sps.... and you are really doing great on listnerd no doubt!

Yeah, I just suck at Splinterlands, so only building that stake and aiming on buying Riftwatchers when they come out to flip some packs :)

Thanks @papacrusher. Did you see my goal posts at the start of the year? It was a tiny bit longer. But I had to simplify that because I could not keep up and honestly, my focus started shifting. Which is fine, sometimes you adjust things. Just as the fact that I already hit a few targets very early for the year as I had no idea, I'd be able to achieve that, lol.

The LISTNERDS you can claim from staking rewards just keeps going up and I really need to make sure to send out mail more consistently to grow my own stake.

Roughly how much CTP do you think someone would need to vote on everything? I have around 825 staked in Listnerds but it isn't nearly enough right now. I am moving some of my own CTP rewards from blogging in every now and then but it's a slow process.

Upgrading pays off, I know not everyone can afford to pay it out of pocket though. But it opens up much higher earning possibilities.

25 CTP is needed per vote, what I've noticed with my boyfriend's account is that I sent him enough stake to vote 30 emails but as the VP is low when you start, you only have a portion. When you decide to vote to 0 immediately and repeat this daily, you will have much fewer voting options. Therefore I told him to reload it for a few days now and then it will be back to 25 CTP per vote.

I sent him (not 100% sure) about 800 CTP and I think that should be enough to vote the good content at least. There will always be some emails that don't get a vote, though. But even if that's a bit too much to buy, just keep adding with smaller chunks but the best approach is probably to let it relead until it's fully powered.

And yes, you need to be consistent, absolutely :) Practice makes perfect though!

Actually, I was planning to upgrade but my posting habits are kind of bad so I keep pushing it back. It's funded by some of my shaky shaky I got so far (liquid LISTNERDS).

If my memory serves me right, last time I remember that your original goal was 1,000 and now turned to 10,000 and up! Mine was just 100 changing it to 500 and now to 1,000.

Good to know that you're also holding SPS. Not sure if I can reach that 10k mark on or before July. Now, I just have 1,200 plus.

I think I set it at 2500 the first goal as I assumed that would be doable even with staking rewards alone, at the time I had no idea that this compounding would go up this quickly.

Good that you've upped your goal already too! It sure helps that last week's payouts have been higher as well..

I admit that to get to the 10k SPS that quickly, I have been moving most of my blog earnings into SPS for a few months. So it could be a stretch, of course, depending on the price too. Just keep adding where you can, it will be a good choice I think.

Yeah, the original goal I set at the start of the year was 2500 HBD, so therefore I will now move the full month of July unstaking on Listnerds into HBD savings.
Will then evaluate after the month if I will add more later, but the month of August, I will dedicate to building the HP stake a full month.
