I got the position at work!!! A dream job!

Many of you on here know me and know that I love my day job working for VMware (a cloud\virtualization software company)...

I have applied for a new position at work, and I will be a "Solutions Architect" and my new salary will be significantly over what my current one is, and the hours worked are ~ the same! #winning

I am so excited! I wanted to wait until tomorrow to tell everyone, but today was the day I learned about it, and it's hard to keep a secret.

For now, they are doing the salary negotiations, and have told me that I am the candidate that they are giving the role to, and now we just need to do salary negotiations. I am quite happy with my new role. 😀

This has been a little over 9 years of hard work that has paid off via a significant increase in position and pay and will allow me to do more with my crytpo, be financially free, affort the house I want in southern Colorado which is withih my means, and because the new position is the same amount of time per week.

I haven't posted much recently, but I am super thrilled. I'll post more later. For now, it's a big increase in position and title.
