Three Tribes Powering Up to get more Income Rewards

Today, I did some activities on HIVE Blockchain to get more Income Rewards.
These are three Tribes Powering Up.

When I staked over CCC 929.28851, there have over CCC POWER 1967.01657 in my Hive-engine Token wallet.

When I did Powering Up over ONEUP 350.10354, there have over ONEUP POWER 3100.65657 in my wallet.

When I staked CENT 459.59929 , now I have CENT POWER 3513.582.

This three Tribe Powers are received from Authoring and Curating.

The more we do Powering Up, the more we get Curation Rewards.
So, I use to stake Tribe Tokens often.

Ok. I understand that curating and upvoting are the same thing. My question is outside of trails how do you see that you personally curated something? Is it upvoting for a token tag you already own/stake???
I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this concept. 🤔🤔
