OVERCOMING NEGATIVITY.

Negativity can be defined as a state of the quality of being negative. Thoughts that are negative makes you feel anxious or sad as an individual, they take away your joy and they also take part of your health physically. The main reason why it is very important to learn possible ways on how to deal with negativity.
Negativity is self-doubt all cynical act. It occurs when a person disagrees, or is skeptical about things. This brings about stagnancy; mediocracy

Negativity results into bad outcomes. It can also be seen as pessimism. negative thinking occurs when people decide to find the worst in everything, or decrease their expectations by considering the worst possible outcomes or scenarios. it is the opposite step to take to positive thinking. Negative thinking can lead to problems such as social anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem.

There are different ways of conquering negativity. we have to stay away from negative minded people for they have a problem for every solution, and we cannot live a positive life with a negative mind. The way we become negative thoughts is develop opposing positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful.

According to Leon Brown, "the negativity of positivity you bring into the moment decides the direction your life goes into. For negativity can influence our thoughts, act, affecting our psychological act." Negative thinking includes negative beliefs you might have about yourself, situations, or others. They can affect your mood and can be present in certain mental health conditions.

Examples are, "I'll never be good enough," "They must think I'm stupid for saying that," "That situation is destined to turn out badly." The solution to negative thoughts is to understand how you think, the problems that lead to it, and they make use of strategies to change these thoughts or make them have a less effect.

WAYS OF OVERCOMING NEGATIVITY.

Our thoughts, emotions and behaviours are all linked, so they have impact on how we feel and act. Though, we all have an helpful thoughts from time to time, it is essential to know what to do when they come so we don't let them affect us.

1 Try Relaxation: relaxation enables the brain, and mind (body) to be settled and calm after work. What takes a moment for relaxation such as, meditation, deep breathing, etc. So that our thoughts and emotions can be handled when they seem to feel out of control. Election can therefore for fight negativity.

2 Try mindfulness and self-awareness: mindfulness occurs when a person detaches himself from his thoughts and emotions and seeing them as an outside viewer. practicing self-awareness can help you become more conscious of your thoughts and emotions and build greater self-awareness.

Try saying your thoughts and emotions as objects floating pass you that you can stop and observe or let pass by you. According to Rachel Goldman PhD, "become aware of how your thoughts are impacting your emotions and behaviours. Observe your thoughts. Ask yourself if this thought helpful. How does the thought make you feel?" The goal of mindfulness is to have control of your emotional reactions to challenges by allowing the thinking part of your brain to take over.

The practice of mindfulness may facilitate the ability to use thoughts adaptively.

3 Identify your negative thoughts: as you observe your thoughts and emotions, what corner is fine and labeling cognitive distortions and negativity. For instance, if you tend to see yourself as a complete success or failure in every situation, then you are involving in what is called "black-and-white" thinking.

4 Jumping to conclusions: this involves making assumptions about what others are thinking of making negative assumptions about how events will turn out.

5 Catastrophizing: this occurs when a person is zoom start the worst possible outcome will happen without considering more likely and realistic possibilities.

6 Personalization and blame: this brings about taking things personally, even when they are not personal. It often leads people blaming themselves for things they have no control over.

7 Replace negative thoughts: this process helps you to identify and change negative thinking into more helpful and adaptive responses, and exploring alternatives that are more helpful and realistic.

Although it is difficult to think (adapt) with this new style at first, but over time and with practice, positive and rational thoughts will come more naturally.

Always ask yourself "is there any good to come out of your present situations?" However replacing negative thoughts with realistic ones is helpful.The use of these steps to help brighten your overall look can help you feel better. It is indeed an integral part of healing from negative thinking also known as negativity.
