What a sexy royal couple!

Got some more sexy old greek silver coins in my mailbox today, from my favorite anon Facebook seller:

The smaller ones, you have seen them again in a previous post. However, it's this sexy royal couple that I couldn't wait to get my hands on:

I already had one of these coins, and once upon a time it was quite easy to get one. But today they get rarer and more expensive by the day, so I figured to get an extra two since they price was quite competitive considering the condition.I could easily resell em for double the price with a bit of effort.. For now I'll just hold them.. probably forever! 😍

In case you wonder, the sexy couple is Constantine and Anna Maria, the last royals of Greece. These coins are silver 835 and weight a nice 12 g.

Wow... I'd love to be a collector, but I just don't have the funds to pursue that passion. I'd love tips though on how to seek the rarest coins. I think I even have a couple.

We're still fortunate that we can get some silver coinage with premiums for them climbing well above spot prices in North America, a beautiful uncirculated Constantine II coin.

The last royals ? I still have to study the recent history of Greece a little. Know all about the ancient Greece but nothing about the coupe/regimes/revolutions etc of recent period.
