What do you miss the most about the bear market?

I don't know about you, maybe you don't even miss the bear market at all! As for me, the answer is pretty straightforward!

Just literally a year ago, when I was too busy, or too lazy, or too drunk I would simply post a shitty photo like this one, with a sentence or two...

And call it a day! Ha, to be honest I survived the better part of the last bear market doing exactly that. And unless you were a total dick self voting at 99% like @kingscrown nobody would bat an eye since a good payout was like what? 10..maybe 20 USD?

But now, with hive's price literally being at 15x of what it was a year ago, sometimes like today when I am too drunk or whatever I force myself to write more than 5 sentences for the shake of appearances.

And to be fair, even the top "quality" posts on steemit and later hive aren't actually that? Shake of appearances? As @enforcer48 once said... When was the last time a steemit/hive post ever got viral? Never.

On the bright side, hive seems to take another route these days... Tribes, nfts, games, defi, future airdrops like 3speak and Ragnarok, interesting projects like bro and utopis etc etc! It took us a while but finally we are in an objectively pretty good position compared to other chains and there is actually more than one reason to hold on hive other than "curation"..Maybe the hive future is actually bright!

Tldr: Got drunk, got sidetracked, don't mind my mumblings. Just the daily shitposting/milking routine. Moon spoon.

I think with all the changes slowly happening it is changing mindsets of many as the belief that Hive could become something is back on course.

This is exactly the reason why people should believe in HIVE. After all we all need those games and airdrops. Everything else might be secondary.

The bear markets are less stressful in many ways - can sit back and just watch everything go sideways for awhile - instead of having to manage all this shit constantly.

The only time I remember anything about hive or steem going viral was that $40,000 make up tutorial when steem first launched and when Justy came to takeover Ned’s guitar.
