losing hair giving you sleepless nights ?

Oh I am not going to pitch an advert. for some hair gain solution.
Lots of things can give you sleepless nights from food, stress or health related issues or maybe some medication you may be taking.

However the way your crypto portfolio is performing can be a cause of concern too.

Worrying does not help

If it did then perhaps a lot of us would be billionaires by now

Take life easy

Take things in the right spirit. Just make sure you do not lose hope.
Slowly build your portfolio and who know you may regain lost financial ground at double quick speed
Like normal hair growth...
I know it does not grow like that but worrying about it and money does not help in growing either crypto, hair or money.
