I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

In yesterday's post I said that Hive is a naked blockchain, where everything is out in the open, with nothing hidden, and how that aligns closely with my own naked-living lifestyle. I love that analogy, and it's quite accurate. Another focus of immense importance to me is integral wholeness, and wouldn't you know it, Hive covers that base too! Hive is a nexus, or integration point for varied and diverse domains, worlds, perspectives, cultures, languages, activites, interests, and much more! That's rather impressive!
Hive is a business to many, like myself, but in reality we are our business here, for it's us that provides the value. Hive is also a place to come play, both music and games, and everything in between! Here our business could be playing games, or our game the business of running a music band or wrestling organization...😂!
Hive is next-level finance and money, as well as beautiful and heart-warming social enjoyment and connection. It's collaboration and cooperation, and doing your own thing. It's joke bots and Actifit reports, governance and contests. It is brilliant technological elegance, and gloriously human. Hive is living barefooted and naked off-grid in the jungle, and living in an air-conditioned apartment in Manila.
Hive is one that encompasses the many, and the many that unite on the Blockchain. Hive is you, Hive is me, different, yet connected.
The weather today was mostly cloudy once again, with not too much rain, which made doing things outside far easier and more enjoyable. Hive catch-up and tasks got my focus from morning until 3:30PM, when I finally finished.
Melekai had asked me if I could help move the stove (that had been in the Landing for quite some time) today, from the Landing to the Kuti, her place up on a hill, even deeper in the jungle. That was the first thing I did. Using a dolly, Marco helped me get it from the Landing to the throughway where I had parked the truck, then into the truck, and Cam help me get it off the truck at the base of Melekai's trailhead, and up the winding asymmetrical jungle trail to the Kuti. It was a lot of work, but not as difficult as I expected.
Shakira wanted to work in the nursery with me again, which we went to do as soon as I was done moving the stove. We ended up weeding the fenced garden a bit, and geeking out on plants and photography for a while too. 9-year-old Aloha joined us for our plant-and-photo adventures. Between the three of us we laughed a lot, and had gobs of fun.
We took a good number of poha berry cuttings that we potted up just before dark. With three people helping it went fast. We mulched and watered them, then placed them in a good spot in my nursery. We had almost 30 pots of cuttings when we were done.

When we finished working, I took a shower, made food in the Landing, then returned to the Flow House to do another round of Hive catch-up and tasks, before beginning to write this post. It's now almost 2AM, and I'm very sleepy, so it is to bed that I now shall go! I deeply appreciate you all! Until tomorrow! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

These paths in the jungle may look a little wild, but only because there is an understanding that there is an impenetrable jungle nearby, but there is some feeling of a well-groomed English park :)

Haha...I only know one animal that goes by the name 'wood louse' and I've never seen them here yet. We do have those Vietnamese giant centipedes, which can be close to a foot long, as well as South American giant toads, and African giant snails too...😂. Honestly you don't see the giant centipedes often. I can tell you that it is not an enjoyable experience meeting one in your bed! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
To see a dog in your bed, or a cat, it can still be understood somehow, but a centipede .... brrr :)

It turns out that it is possible for children to twist the tails of pigs, but it is impossible to drag kamodo dragons by the tongue? :)
Pigs can be much more dangerous, one blow with a fang in the thigh and you can no longer save, or it is very difficult to save a person.

I wouldn't say impossible, but they're big, strong, fast, with a vicious septic bite, so if doing so is your intention then I'd say you have your work cut out for you!
Indeed they can. The wild pigs here usually run when they see, hear, or smell us, so they're not very confrontational. We're always careful with mothers with babies, however. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
And pigs are probably tastier than monitor lizards :)

Haha...yes, I'm right there with you on always being amazing at how much time passes so quickly while in doing my Hive thing! I do, yep! Nature completely surrounds us, and is very close indeed! Well, safe is a relative thing. There are things I could do here that would not be safe, but I don't do those things, so no worries. Generally it's very safe here. It is very beautiful, yes! We do have jungle neighbors on adjacent properties and hues (a unit of multiple properties), though we don't interact too much, but people here always help each other. I don't have any family here, but the bonds and relationships are certainly like family. I love being so deep in, and so close, to nature! It's so peaceful out here! Yep, I never had children. Shakira has lived here for a few months, and Aloha just came back with her younger brother and sister, and her dad. Everyone takes care of everyone here.
That's such a good question! Thank you for asking! I don't know if I can answer this in a short way. I'll do my best. The intentional community where I've lived barefooted and naked, very close to earth and nature, for over four and a half years now, GaiaYoga Gardens, is a 16-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest sanctuary. While there are notable challenges to living here, I can't imagine living anywhere else, or in any other way. Here I live in my own terms, the way I want, focusing my time, attention, and life energy on what I most love, and what brings me alive the most, and what is most meaningful to me. I stay naked while at GaiaYoga, though I do wear clothes when I go off property, usually, though lately I rarely leave the property. Yes, I feel far more comfortable naked than when I wear clothes. I've basically lived naked for over five years now, so it feels completely normal and good to me. No jungles or forests? I'm sure that there must be some beautiful natural areas there, no? 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
