February team meeting.

Running a business or building a company is not that easy. It takes consistency and perseverance to run a company. There are so many things to do as a leader and the rest of the team will expect a lot from the lead. As a leader, you don’t want to let your followers know some things that can reduce their focus to work and they expect you to provide everything needed as soon as possible.

Currently, Meshboc comprises 7 young people (The oldest person in my team is 32) on the team and we have been working hard to take the productivity of the company higher. We normally have the weekly meeting online every Friday, but we set physical meetings for the first week of every month. This allows us that are within to discuss extensively the way to move the company.

Because of some reasons, some of the team members could not show up physically yesterday, but they joined us online. There were only 4 people in the office for the meeting (Forth person not in the picture). I introduced Hive to them. They even have their Hive account, but they are less active. Not everyone has the time to be everywhere. Most of the time, I create time out of no time to ensure I post and engage here because Hive is more than just a blockchain to me. It is a home.

The meeting lasted for over 3 hours yesterday. It was an extensive meeting, and we reached a pleasant conclusion on every agenda, we left the office late in the evening.

It was a productive day!
