In EXODE itself there is a tab at the top called the "Starbase Market" where you can buy and sell your cards. They are all priced in USD.

Yes. But making it to the NFT markets should add more liquidity and marketing to the game itself.
Ah. A WAX bridge is planned for the future. Unsure when it will happen, though.
