Colored Incredibly while fixating on your shortcomings.
You are bombarded with epistles,
Of unflinching dishonesty,
About what you should care about and what you shouldn't.

About how perfect to look in your pictures,
About how you should dress and how you shouldn't,
About how their religion should matter and its role play in your life.

They shade you to become an obsessive utopian,
The anxiety for perfection pushes you to nag at the most inane things,
You begin to feel neurotic and loath yourself,
For what? For all shades of colors painted by the world

What did we do?

We hide in apparel of self-righteous snark,
Scared of the deadly repercussions of our indecision,
Drenched in self-pity and the unceremonious demand for time and energy,
All for the shades of colors painted around us.

Fuck it all, for I have chosen the sneaky truth,
To remain untamed by the cheeky remarks from the world,
To remain indignant and stare in the eye,
Every challenge in life,
And perhaps shove my middle finger at things that matter not,
And pride myself in doing just what I desire.

I don't want to be lame and scared,
Hiding behind the skulls of sarcastic adventures,
I don't want to be shielded by self-righteous snark,
Like a snowy flake, exuding some special ice of unique cubes.

I don't want to be enchanted by the influence of the world's decision
Absorbing self-pity over a glass of wine.

This is just an intent to be different,
The acceptance to be different could be met with bumps and stiff resistance,
Yet, I'd still shove a middle finger for their shitty opinions,
For berating my one-cent coupon.

Just so they know,
I ain't a dickhead to be tossed around every corner like a coin,
If you do,
Then I'd be triggered to erupt like a fierce volcano.
