HIVE is Golden - My creative piece

This is my second design entry as I continue to grow in my graphics design skills. The best place to try this out is Hive and I decided to celebrate the Hive's new ATH of $3 with this golden coin logo. Indeed, Hive is golden and a token every crypto lover should have in his portfolio.

Do well to give your honest feedback to help me improve upon my design skills. I would appreciate links to helps where necessary.

Inspiration

The inspiration for this design is that the big tokens out there - BTC, ETH LTC and more have awesome coin designs which most are used for posts on Hive. I decided to create a similar for HIVE token so we could give a new touch to our contents as they make their way into the web.

These designs can be freely used by anyone for posts to catch every reader's attention out there to the Hive project.

The HIVE COIN was designed using using Corel Draw X7.

Step 1: Set-out - The basic shape for the coin was created and the text label of the coin (HIVE) and link written above it.

Step 2: Aligning the coin logo along the circumference edge of the coin.

Step 3: Creating the groove for the coin edge and placement of HIVE logo at the center.

Step 4: Shading begins with golden fountain fill.
