I do prefer passive income nowadays. Since, a lot of things may go wrong in certain times, PI does acts as a good support.
It's sure there are plenty of good projects on Hive, which does deliver good ROI. Would try few of those out once I reach to that scale.
No wonder Project blank does looks intimidating.
