My First Splinterlands Guild & Brawl Experience - Massive Rewards

Yesterday, Hive's Splinterlands game earn a mention in a recent Forbes news covering crypto. name alongside Alien Woods, Splinterlands was identified as the top battle games that contributed huge statistics in wallet transactions despite the crypto winter.

According to a report from DappRadar, games became the most popular sector this year based on a metric called UAW that tracks how many independent wallets interact with an application. As the chart below displays, its user numbers grew 65% year on year. The top two titles were battle games Splinterlands and Alien Woods. source

Everything about the Splinterlands game continues to evolve and grow each passing day, drawing in new players and investors. This is because the team makes out creative efforts to incentivize several activities in the game.

I'm glad to have made a great leap into the gameplay aspect of Splinterlands in late 2022. I have been all around in terms of investments but missed out the fun aspect that also comes with huge rewards. I hope the year 2023 comes with a new focus when it comes to my engagement of the Splinterlands game. The splinterlands gameplay is fairly simple to learn, but endlessly complex to master.

last week, I reported my leap into Splinterlands tournament with the attendant huge reward and just few days ago, I joined a SPlinterlands Guilds and had my first tast of Splinterlands brawl. Splinterlands Guilds is a come together of many splinterlands players, pooling resources to fight together, grow together, and use their combined resources to earn additional value, including DEC bonuses and discounts on various Splinterlands purchases.

All I did when the brawls opened was to make my DEC pool contribution. Was quite small though. Looking forward to upgrade in subsequent editions. I submitted my teams for battles. sad that I lost all 7 battles in the brawl but was surprised to earn some tangible rewards at the end of the brawl.

Really interesting to see that just some fun activities can earn one so much within the splinterlands gaming ecosystem.

I'm glad that our guild has been advanced to level 2 and we hope to have greater results in the coming brawls.

the merits would be used to buy some assets in the Guilds shop. hopefully, I would accumulate enough Merits for a buy threshold in the next few brawls. The SPS reward received as stake would help me reach my SPS staking goal faster while boosting my SPS staking rewards and GLX daily airdrop amount.

It can only get better!
