¡Hola amigos de Hive! Nuevamente quiero compartir con ustedes mi opinión acerca de una compleja pero fascinante película, dirigida por Christopher Nolan llamada Inception o el Origen por su traducción en español

Hello friends of Hive! Today I want to share with you my opinion about an interesting movie directed by Dean Israelite. Proyecto Almanaque is a feature film that captures the themes of time travel in a very original way.

¿De qué trata la película?
La película nos cuenta la historia de Dominick Cobb, interpretado por el famoso actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Cobb es un ladrón que roba información de personas con ayuda de una máquina que permite acceder al subconsciente mediante el sueño. Sus habilidades le han llevado a ser bastante reconocido en el mundo del espionaje, pero también han traído consecuencias a la vida que ama.

What is the film about?
The film tells us the story of Dominick Cobb, played by the famous actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Cobb is a thief who steals information from people with the help of a machine that allows access to the subconscious through sleep. His abilities have led him to be quite recognized in the world of espionage, but they have also brought consequences to the life he loves.

Mi opinión sobre la película:
El Origen es una película que nos introduce en sus primeras escenas al mundo del sueño y el robo de información mediante los mismos. Presenta al protagonista Dominick Cobb y a su compañero Arthur, los cuales entran al subconsciente de Saito, un empresario importante al que debían robarle información.

Al inicio, dan a entender como funcionan los sueños de forma simple. Así mismo, muestran como una mujer siempre sabotea las misiones de Cobb, más adelante en la película se contextualiza estas apariciones. Tras fallar en el plan del robo de información a Saito, Cobb y Arthur se ven obligados a huir del país para no ser buscados por sus contratistas. En su fuga Saito los intercepta y ofrece un trato a Cobb. Hacer una originación al hijo de un poderoso empresario para que disuelva la compañía de su padre, el cual quiere monopolizar la industria energética ¿Qué es una originación? Durante el primer acto de la película se cuenta que a través de los sueños se puede extraer información de las personas. Sin embargo, una originación es todo lo contrario. El concepto consiste en implantar una idea en el subconsciente de una persona, con el fin de que la cumpla en el mundo real.

Cobb se ve obligado a aceptar, pues Saito le prometió borrar todo su historial de crímenes para que pudiera volver junto a sus hijos. En vista de la complejidad del asunto, Cobb decide contratar un equipo para completar la misión.

El nudo de la película es de suma importancia. Personalmente, lo considero muy bueno, pues no solo se toman el tiempo para presentar a todos los personajes, sino que también explican de manera muy detallada como funcionan los sueños y sus reglas. Dichas reglas son adaptadas al plan del equipo de una excelente manera. Así mismo, se explica que la mujer que aparece en los sueños de Cobb, es su esposa Mal, la cual falleció años atrás. Ella forma parte del subconsciente y siempre busca una manera de sabotear a los protagonistas.

Durante toda la misión nos deleitan con escenas de acción muy entretenidas y efectos especiales, que para la época no decepcionaban en lo absoluto. A decir verdad, hubieron unos cuantos errores o conveniencias que dejan un poco mal a la película. Como dije anteriormente, Cristopher Nolan detalló bastante bien la funcionalidad de todo el plan así como los sueños. Dejar conveniencias tan evidentes teniendo una trama tan cuidada deja mucho que desear.

Para el tercer acto de la película se presenta el desarrollo de Cobb, el cual fue el único de los personajes que tuvo uno significativo. Pues, en vista de que Mal saboteó su misión, tuvo que bajar hasta lo más profundo de su mente para enfrentar su condena. Cobb tuvo que aceptar la muerte de su esposa, dejándola ir de una vez por todas para librarse de ella.

Tras completar la misión con algunas dificultades, todos despiertan del sueño. Con los miembros del equipo separándose y con Saito cumpliendo su promesa. Liberando a Cobb de todos sus antecedentes, permitiéndole así volver junto a sus hijos. La película deja un final abierto, pues a través de un simbolismo no se deja saber si Cobb realmente despertó del sueño o sigue atrapado en lo más profundo de su mente.

My opinion about the film:
Inception is a film that introduces us in its first scenes to the world of dreams and the theft of information through them. It introduces the protagonist Dominick Cobb and his partner Arthur, who enter the subconscious of Saito, an important businessman from whom they had to steal information.
At first, they imply how dreams work in a simple way. Likewise, they show how a woman always sabotages Cobb's missions, later in the film these appearances are contextualized. After failing to steal information from Saito, Cobb and Arthur are forced to flee the country to avoid being wanted by their contractors. On their escape, Saito intercepts them and offers Cobb a deal. Make an inception to the son of a powerful businessman to dissolve his father's company, who wants to monopolize the energy industry. What is an inception? During the first act of the film, it is said that information can be extracted from people through dreams. However, an origination is just the opposite. The concept consists of implanting an idea in the subconscious of a person, in order to fulfill it in the real world.Cobb is forced to accept, as Saito promised to erase all his criminal history so that he could return to his children. In view of the complexity of the matter, Cobb decides to hire a team to complete the mission.
The knot of the film is of paramount importance. Personally, I find it very good, because not only do they take the time to introduce all the characters, but they also explain in great detail how dreams work and their rules. Said rules are adapted to the team plan in an excellent way. Likewise, it is explained that the woman who appears in Cobb's dreams is his wife Mal, who died years ago. She is part of the subconscious and is always looking for a way to sabotage the protagonists.
Throughout the mission they delight us with very entertaining action scenes and special effects, which for the time did not disappoint at all. To tell the truth, there were a few errors or conveniences that leave the film a little bad. As I said before, Christopher Nolan detailed quite well the functionality of the whole plan as well as the dreams. Leaving such obvious conveniences having such a careful plot leaves a lot to be desired.
For the third act of the film, the development of Cobb is presented, which was the only one of the characters that had a significant one. Well, since Mal sabotaged his mission, he had to go down to the depths of his mind to face his doom. Cobb had to accept his wife's death, letting her go once and for all to get rid of her.
After completing the mission with some difficulties, everyone wakes up from the dream. With the team members parting ways and with Saito keeping his promise. Freeing Cobb of all his background, thus allowing him to return to his children. The film leaves an open ending, because through symbolism it is not known if Cobb really woke up from the dream or is still trapped in the depths of his mind.

Pensamientos finales y puntuación:
Muy bien. El origen me parece una de las mejores películas de Cristopher Nolan. Como de costumbre, tiene una trama compleja y bastante enrevesada, no obstante, está lo suficientemente bien explicada como para que no te pierdas en el camino.

Como toda película, no es perfecta y no está absorta de errores que, en este caso repercuten en la trama de una forma bastante obvia. Por otro lado, los personajes son buenos, pero mejorables, puesto que de todos, solo Cobb tiene un desarrollo como tal.

Mi calificación final es 8/10. Es muy buena película, puedes verla muchas veces sin aburrirte, puesto que encontrarás cada vez más detalles que pudiste perderte la primera vez. Acción enriquecedora, una buena historia y efectos especiales increíbles. Sin embargo, no es perfecta, tiene conveniencias y errores que afectan a la trama y no pueden ser pasados por alto en una película tan cuidadosamente detallada.

Final thoughts and rating:
Very well. Inception is one of Christopher Nolan's best movies. As usual, it has a complex and quite convoluted plot, however, it is explained well enough so that you do not get lost along the way.Like any movie, it is not perfect and it is not full of errors that, in this case, affect the plot in a quite obvious way. On the other hand, the characters are good, but could be improved, since of all of them, only Cobb has a development as such.My final rating is 8/10. It is a very good movie, you can watch it many times without getting bored, since you will find more and more details that you could have missed the first time. Enriching action, a good story and incredible special effects. However, it is not perfect, it has inconveniences and errors that affect the plot and cannot be overlooked in such a carefully detailed film.
