2022 | A Year Full Of Up And Downs

2022 was a full of deep breath for me, a year of up and down, it is true when they say life is a like a season but I give God the glory that I'm alive to witness it. It was really a great year but there is no how sweet something might be, there will always be some little bad things that will happen. It always started with a little bull run even though we were somehow facing some dip session but it wasn't that obvious so we still have some cash to do some certain things and also to flex. One of the goods thing that happened was been able to build the house plan I had for my mum so she will start living there. It was a big decision that I was really happy I made even up till now.

I had this investment I did in 2021 which boom really well because of the bull run and I was making a wrong decision not to sell the investment and just keep allowing it to accumulate, but like this popular Nigeria sayings "My papa no be dev" meaning my father isn't the developer. I had to take part of it and start building, even though I didn't calculate the building expenses well, it still worth it and that was my best decision in 2022. Building up my crypto portfolio is the next good decision that happened to me in 2022, even when we were in the dip season, they always say the dip is the time to accumulate but the dip is when we don't always have cash at hand and when billings always set it, Really happy I was able to squeeze out some capitals and investment them, the goal is to have a substantial source of income on a long run, Investment is the goal.

The Worst Moment

2022 came up with some trying times which was really hard and I was able to survive from, the first was the 2 different accident that I had, the first wasn't that much because I was the only one in the car driving and it happened all of a sudden due to my car shock absorber failure but I wasn't injured, The second was really worst and I was with my friends, coming from Lagos to Shagamu and it was really raining on that day when the steering wheel failed due to water on the roads, it was fatal but no one was injured, just bruises and body pain for days. We even laugh it off anytime we remember that fateful day because it was a long story.

I made some losses too due to some play2earn investment I venture into last year, even though they always say nothing last forever but I never give it a thought it will come near this particular games. As a gamer, I love exploring and at times take some investment risk when necessary, we love to have fun and at least it will be more fun earning from it. Investment in some p2e games like axie infinity, dragonary, theatan arena but all are somehow history today due to the reduction in reward and the huge fall in the token price when made some investors to sell their holdings and exit the game which really have a great negative effect at the end, but it was really fun while it last. 2023 is here and I hope I can make the best of it while grabbing the opportunities that will comes with it.
