Miracle Workers 2019 - A Unique Television Comedy Series
Honestly i discovered Miracle Workers recently and i saw the first 2 seasons, that they are not very long and anyway, i could not have stopped. It gave me a huge pleasure to watch this comedy, in which it seems that God was a little bored about his creation. I highly recommend it and i'm sure it will amuse you - at least i really enjoyed this great series.
Just some short summary of this film production.
When God plans to destroy the Earth, two angels must persuade their leader to save mankind. They bet with Him that they can perform the ultimate miracle: they can help two people fall in love.
It's an anthological comedy film divided into 3 seasons, described as at least it seems to be a romantic one - however, it didn't really seem so romantic to me. Moreover, it seems to be a fantastic good comedy with many scenes in which sarcasm makes its presence felt.
The first season of "Miracle Workers" is a screenplay based on Simon Rich's novel "What in Gods Name" from 2012, and the second is based on the short story "Revolution" by the same author, who is also the producer of this series.
