I think you are right on many points. But I disagree with your opinion on giveaways. As I understood they mean those giveaways which are done with free tips. That is something I would consider a promotion in one's own interest but with value given to you by another person. Basically to me it is like you would let noise.cash pay the bill for your giveaway, without asking them.

yeah i understand what you mean but as i see it, when you decide to give free money to someone, you can't tell them how they will spend it. Some giveaways or contests are quite awesome!! Also, it's a win win, you gain more followers and you give something back.
