Elon Musk Just Did The Crypto Markets A Favor
Recognize what's really going on here:
Anyone thinking this new wave of anti-BTC sentiment out of Elon Musk was anything short of manipulation is overthinking all of this. He's not saying anything more than what other non-crypto folk are already thinking. And his own profit-taking was made out of an admission of no expectation to leave the crypto space altogether. All this really did was release some of the pent up steam out of the bullish engine of exuberance.
The crypto markets were always going to correct, that's just the nature of these things. Elon Musk just did everyone a favor by burning off the froth that has been accumulating for some time.
Those leveraging crypto on margin are going to have to retreat a bit now, while stronger more responsible hands will come in to soak up the misery of others to firm up their own foundations in this novel space.

He's being kind of a dick about the whole thing (especially with that tweet response)... but I agree with your assessment wholeheartedly. This is the best #Bitcoin and general crypto sale I've seen in a while! :)
I guess anything that keeps the media attention on a leash can only help in the long-run? Crypto in the headlines has never been more abundant than this year.... FUD or not. haha
