Splintershards Listed on World's #1 Cryptocurrency Exchange + Use Cases for Crypto Backed Loans - Splinter Stats Season 70 Report Card
There have been many good news recently regarding @splinterlands I could say the same about how things have been going with @leofinance and POLYCUB. What is similar with both projects is that markets are not pricing these projects accurately. This means it is a great time to buy and accumulate more. My positions have mostly come from Airdrops which makes both @splinterlands assets and CUB into two of the best financial investments I have ever made.
Aside from the initial pump to 18 cents, there is only a minor difference in price. Things could change with the coming marketing initatives as mention in the weekly AMA:

This is only a beginning. So far we have $49,896 (3.74%) of SPS trading volume coming from Crypto.com Exchange. This is still lower than trading activity in HIVE-Engine. Over half of volume is coming from DEXs (mainly PancakeSwap). It should be much easier to find more exchange listings for Splintershards after getting listed on #4 Spot Exchange in the world.

Rewards from @splinterlands that are not in the form of DEC have been very much of something to HODL. I can talk about many reasons why and give you a great theoretical argument. It is easier to simply ask you to take a look at historical performance of @splinterlands assets.

If I were not using the Reward Cards, Airdrop Cards or any other Card, I could simply make passive income through it. In a worst case scenario, I would have made $33.15 during this Season alone from renting.

I used to get over 400% APR from simple staking. Currently there is 333 Million SPS staked. The rates have fallen massively. This is why you need to get in as early as possible. Luckily the prices have taken a massive dip from where it used to be. You can still load up your portfolio with SPS.
We are yet to see any coverage on par with Axie Infinity. @splinterlands has built the game and economics first before marketing and expansion. The numbers on DAPP Ranking websites shows us the results of taking the wiser road.
These are times to HODL. I sincerely wish none of you fill face a situation where you have to sell these assets to go on with life. I won't mind a crash in price and chance to accumulate more. What I don't like to see is good investors who believe in projects being pushed to sell by their circumstances. @belemo was writing about his predicament recently. I can try to support HODLers as I can with my votes. Crypto backed loans in these situations will be a life saver. We will be seeing this from POLYCUB Soon™.

Hopefully this and other listings will help to move back up the price of the SPS. I still remember, when it was around $0.90 USD. Currently it is $0.119 USD.
I still have not sold any of my SPS, and I still stake all of my SPS.

I sold 5000 SPS for Waka Spiritblade Card. Other than that, I have staked all the SPS I got from Airdrop.

That card is currently worth much more than my entire owned Splinterlands card collection, which is currently around $233 USD, while the Waka Spiritblade is cost $1400 USD to buy.
Even if I count every delegated Splinterland card to me, my total Splinterlands card collection is currently still worth only around $664 USD.
Last year the value of my @splinterlands collections was somewhere above $3000. I HODLed and kept on with accumulation. When the game blew up with new users, my investments worked out great. I have been playing the game from the very beginning and all the hard work of possibly 1000+ hours paid off well for me.

I am playing it since 2018.12.30, but I sold dozens of cards (including my beta starter set) in the previous years to make my real life situation at least a little better.
Luckily I'm living with my parents. I live as frugal as possible and put everything I own into cryptocurrency and I have never looked back. Wish the best for you in future!
